He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Information Technology and Project Management, equipping him with a rare combination of technical expertise and leadership. Bringing the same dedication and work ethic to real estate, he now leads a top-performing team with Iron Valley Real Estate Hampton Roads and manages Fast PICRAs, a company specializing in residential repairs for home transactions.
Jon holds a Master of Science in Information Security and Cybersecurity and has extensive experience in construction, including new builds, fix-and-flips, and residential repair work. His passion lies in helping others achieve the dream of homeownership with integrity and excellence.

Heather Harkleroad began her career in construction as a receptionist and worked her way up to office manager and financial assistant. A graduate of Western Branch High School and Tidewater Community College (Accounting), her diverse experience spans companies such as The Dragas Companies and Dollar Tree Corporate.
Heather has also worked independently managing projects for 7-Eleven and McDonald’s in Northern Virginia. Returning to Portsmouth during the pandemic, she earned her real estate license and rejoined the construction industry at Pro-Home Builders.
Deeply active in her community, Heather currently serves on the Portsmouth Downtown Design Committee and has held multiple leadership positions in civic and local government organizations. She is also a Lefcoe Leadership Alumni (Class of 2003).
